3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at a18k: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

A bet that has been confirmed cannot generally be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the amount wagered on that event will be returned to the user's account.

5.4 Anti-Fraud Policy

If any user attempts to cheat, commit fraud or exploit system vulnerabilities, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
